The double-fibre pencils from Staedtler are ideal for painting the pre-printed papyri. Special colours such as white, silver and gold are not available in the colour range of commercially available fibre-tip pens.
Before using the PINTOR for the first time, the marker should be shaken vigorously with the cap on. It is best to shake it about 20 times. Then pump the ink only briefly. To do this, remove the cap and press the tip onto the paper 3-4 times. As soon as the ink flows, you are ready to go.
Tip: Always store the PINTOR with the tip facing upwards so that not too much ink collects in the tip or the cap.
