Roman Arc de Triomphe
Product number:
3853
The Arch of Septimius Severus is a three-arched triumphal arch on the Roman Forum in Rome.
It was erected in honour of the emperor and his sons Geta and Caracalla in Rome in 203 AD. The Via Sacra leads through the central arch towards the Capitol. Since the arch was incorporated into fortifications in the Middle Ages, it is still in good condition today.
