Temperature sensitive card
Thermochromic film with microencapsulated LCD pigments. Makes temperature differences visible through reversible color changes.
Termochromism - a property that enables impressive experiments bordering on magic.
When this inconspicuous black film heats up above 28°C, it begins to turn red, then increases through orange, yellow, green, and blue to violet, before turning black again above 34°C. When it cools down, the process reverses. Let your imagination run wild while experimenting – you won't want to stop!
For even more versatile applications, we also offer this fascinating film in a larger version: The large thermal imaging map.
The film is also available in A4 format.
