The transmitted-light diffraction grating, GW 1,000, slide frame - AstroMedia
The high density of 1,000 lines per millimetre produces a broad colour spectrum of the observed or projected light source, similar to a prism.
The same grating is also used in the AstroMedia handheld spectroscope.
The film is also available without the slide frames in the 8 times larger sheet format 15 x 30 cm 459.NDB.
